Navi Mumbai is our primary service area. Mumbai and Thane projects are accepted only after we review location, travel, building access and setup requirements and confirm a written quote.
Real flowers vary
Flowers and natural materials vary in shade, size and market availability. We match the selected palette, mood and agreed density as closely as possible; reasonable natural variation is not a defect.
Décor only — no idols
We provide décor only and do not sell Ganpati idols. Idol images are style and scale references; the customer supplies the idol and is responsible for its safe placement.
Space measurements
The Space Planner is a preliminary fit check, not a site survey. Please provide accurate wall, floor, table, idol and access details. Gloriosa confirms final fit before accepting an installation booking.
Porter delivery
Porter is a third-party carrier charged at actuals based on distance, timing and vehicle requirement. The amount and handover plan are confirmed before booking; carrier timing is outside Gloriosa's direct control.
Gloriosa installation
Gloriosa installation is quoted by location, building access, available fixing points and setup complexity. Availability and the final amount are confirmed before the slot is accepted.
DIY setup
DIY kits are customer-installed. Follow the supplied guide, use adult supervision and do not drill, hang or connect electrical items unless the surface and fixture are suitable. Ask Gloriosa before altering supplied hardware.
Booking & payment
The advance stated in the accepted quotation books the slot. The remaining balance is due before dispatch, pickup or Gloriosa installation, whichever happens first. No kit is released and no on-site setup begins until the balance is received.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel in writing at least 72 hours before your confirmed pickup or installation start time for a full refund of the booking advance. Cancellations received inside 72 hours are non-refundable because flower and custom-material procurement has begun. If Gloriosa cancels the accepted order, all amounts paid for that order are refunded.
Keep items, rentals & returns
Your written quote will label every supplied item as either yours to keep or a rental. Fresh flowers and loose petals are not returnable. Any frame, stand, light, hardware, drape or artificial floral component marked as a rental remains Gloriosa property; its return method, due date, deposit and any replacement charge are disclosed before payment.
Space Planner privacy
Space Planner photos are previewed only in your browser and are not uploaded or stored by the planner. Typed planner details are saved only in that browser. Photos are shared with Gloriosa only if you later choose to send them separately on WhatsApp.
Refresh visits
Flower refresh visits must be selected and confirmed before booking. The quote states the visit dates and charge for each visit.
Modak advance order
Modak is sourced from our partner halwai and requires at least 48 hours' advance order. Ingredients and allergen information are confirmed separately on request.
Quotation scope & changes
The quotation covers only the listed items, quantities, finishes, services and dates. Any change, extra work or site condition not listed requires written confirmation and may change the price or schedule.
Handover & safety
After pickup, delivery or completed installation handover, the customer is responsible for supervision, weather protection and safe use. Keep flowers, fabric and décor away from flames, heat and unsafe electrical connections; report visible damage with photos within 2 hours.
Written acceptance
Paying the stated advance confirms acceptance of the quotation scope, prices, measurements, dates and these safeguards, subject to any later change confirmed in writing by both parties.
Booking request data
When you request availability, we store the name, mobile number, preferred date, service location, chosen design and planning estimate needed to answer and manage your enquiry. We do not sell this information.
Marketing & analytics
Optional analytics run only after you choose Allow analytics. They may record page visits, campaign tags and booking-conversion events for Google or Meta; contact details and full addresses are never sent to those advertising tools. Choose Privacy choices in the footer to review your preference.
