Unpack & inventory
Lay out the drapes, floral strings, blooms and labelled hardware. Cross-check everything against the packing list before assembly.

Set the customer's table & drape
Place the table in the measured position, fit the supplied drape and secure it underneath with the included clips. The table itself is not included unless your quote says so.

Assemble the backdrop frame
Follow the illustrated frame sequence. Use only an approved wall point or the supplied weighted base; do not drill, hang or alter hardware without permission and a suitable surface.

Attach backdrop florals
Work from top to bottom. Use the supplied ties for structural stems and add loose floral strings only after the frame is stable.

Fit the overhead floral element
Only fit an overhead element if it is listed in your quote. Use the frame's specified rail or a pre-approved ceiling point and keep at least 24 inches above the idol's crown.

Place Bappa & lighting
Position the idol centrally after the structure is stable. Prefer LED diyas; keep any permitted open flame well away from flowers, fabric and wiring.

Finish the floor zone
Add the quoted petals, urlis or side elements without blocking doors, walkways or electrical points. Keep all wires covered and dry.

Final safety & return check
Step back 6 ft to check symmetry and gaps, then test stability and lighting. Keep packaging and all items marked rental for the return plan stated in your quote.
Safety first
- Prefer LED diyas; never leave an open flame unattended.
- Keep flames, heat and water away from florals, drapes, cables and adapters.
- Use only supplied low-voltage adapters and do not daisy-chain light sets.
- Do not drill, overload a ceiling point or use an unstable freestanding frame.
- Keep the setup and loose hardware away from children and pets.
